Detour Graduation Project
Detour is an anti-guidebook revealing the unsafe spaces of central Stockholm through anonymous stories from women aged 18–65. By pairing polished, touristic visuals with unsettling narratives, the project subverts the traditional guide format to question who public space is truly designed for.
Alongside the 2024 print release, a digital platform invites users to share stories and map unsafe locations. Detour has been distributed to urban planning offices and is available at Konst-ig (Stockholm), Printed Matter, and Bungee Space (New York).
